Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) is a very rare disease. However, many individuals have fallen out of the healthcare system, often due to lack of treatment options.

We needed to find those who have become lost to the healthcare system and empower them to speak to their doctor about the new treatments.

We used people with SMA to create the campaign and activate the network (friends, family and neighbours) around those out of the loop.
